​If we sign less than 100 waivers per month, does the unused quantity roll over to the next month?

No, if you were to sign, for example, only 75 waivers in one month, the extra 25 waivers would not roll over into the next month, but you would have up to 100 digital waivers to sign online each month. Keep in mind that your $10 per month also covers your access to the application, including a full contact database, metrics, unlimited secure storage of all your signed waivers, plus organization and immediate access to all your signed waivers - all for about what you’d pay to go out to lunch!

​What if I only need to sign documents for a single event or a short portion of the year?

If you know that you won’t be collecting signed digital waivers for part of the year, you can simply switch over to our “Storage Only” plan for just $5 per month. This will give you quick and easy access to all your signed waivers. You'll have peace of mind day and night that all your valuable documents are securely stored, and easily retrievable. As soon as you’re ready to collect signatures again, just switch back over to the standard plan and you’ll be all set.

​What is the cost of digital waivers vs paper waivers?

If you’re switching from paper waivers to digital waivers, this is an excellent comparison to understand. ​Can I download my digital waivers if I cancel my account?

Once you cancel your account, you will no longer have access to it, so you should make sure that you download all your signed digital waivers BEFORE you cancel your account. We don’t immediately purge your documents so if you’ve forgotten to download your waivers, made an accidental cancellation, or decided to come back right after cancelling, we will most likely still have your signed waivers for you.

​How do I cancel my account?

Simply send a note to our support team and we'll cancel your account for you. You will no longer be billed any monthly subscription. You’ll only need to pay for any digital waivers you’ve already signed in that month. Please note that once you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to collect any signatures.
