Hit a Home Run with Digital Waivers

We’re in the car traveling back home from our son’s baseball tournament at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney, so I have some time to reflect on a few things from a whirlwind week in Orlando, FL. It was a busy week with a lot of rain delays but in the end a group of 11 year old boys from all over the US and the Dominican Republic came together as a team to take the championship win out of twenty-two teams entered in the tournament. There were some amazing plays, great pitching, some epic slides into home plate and even a few home runs.

Digital Waivers can simplify your process.

When we were signing up for the tournament we had to sign a "digital waiver". It ended up not being very digital and was a very time consuming and frustrating process. We were sent an email and within the email was a copy and pasted document that we had to print out, sign, then scan and email back to the tournament director or we could have printed the waiver, signed the waiver and then mailed the waiver back in an envelope with a stamp. Of course any time I have to sign a waiver, I always compare it to the experience with signing a digital waiver through WaiverSign. How can I not, right?

WaiverSign is the Perfect Digital Waiver Solution

With WaiverSign, you can still send your guests and clients an email. Within the email you can have a link for people to click on which will bring them directly to the digital waiver to sign. WaiverSign also has event functionality which gives you the ability to assign an event name, event date, an event coordinator and then provide your customers with a unique link just for that event. From a dashboard perspective you will not only be able to search through the “Signed Documents” section to see who has signed your waivers, but you can also search events and over time gain valuable data on your business.

Bottom line, WaiverSign will help you become more efficient as a business and in many cases you will hit a home run with your customers and keep them happy with the ease and efficiency of the digital waiver signing process. Time is precious and we’re all busy and we hear this time and time again from everyone around us. If you can save your customers time in the waiver signing process they will in turn feel that they are joining a professional organization.
