I have been amazed over the past week how many fitness professionals, yogis, pilates teachers and boot camp teachers have contacted WaiverSign to take their classes online during the COVID-19 crisis. The conversation has been very similar with all of them in that they want to keep their clients active and healthy while at home and continue to teach the classes that keep them motivated, healthy and in touch with their community.
WaiverSign can take your paper waiver and produce a digital link that you can then email to your clients and they can sign the fitness liability waiver on their computers, tablets, or phones. It’s a super efficient process and really easy to do. Once the waiver is signed, you can easily see who has signed the waiver in the WaiverSign dashboard with lots of options for sorting the captured data. You can also set up a notification to ping a specific email address each time a waiver is signed. There are so many great options and we can work together to customize how best to use the WaiverSign application for your business.
Speaking for myself, exercise is an important part of my life and mental health. It’s been challenging to be at home and a balancing act for everyone with remote work, e-learning for school, and making time for exercise and dog walks. All of the beaches around us are closed so we’ve gone off-road on the island and have found some amazing places to explore. We found a spot near the Kiawah River earlier in the week and saw two alligators and a manta ray hunting in the wild which was very cool to see. I’m also doing yoga online with my teacher and class and it’s been great to see the community that I practice with here. It has made things feel a bit more normal even though they aren’t right now.
If you have a personal trainer waiver, gym liability waiver, yoga waiver, or something else, please reach out with your fitness liability waiver and I will create an account for you so that you can take your classes online, continue to be healthy and connect with your people. Be well.
